Introduction

Human behavior is an interesting study. It is not always what it seems to be and the things that drive behavior are not readily apparent to the casual observer.

Anxiety underlies and drives all behavior that is negative, immature, violent, abusive, manipulative, controlling, secretive, biased, rigid, proselytizing, deceitful…need I go on? The negative behaviors that anxious humans are capable of are endless.

Some of these behaviors you see in the public everyday; others are more closely associated with dysfunctional families and individuals. Other uniquely negative behaviors surface on the national and international scene during times of intense chaos and distress.

But no matter what level of life we are looking at, from a single individual to large collectives of individuals, even when looking at whole societies, the anxiety forces operate in much the same way.

My goal is to help you unlock the mysteries underlying anxious behavior, no matter its form, so that you can better understand its symptoms and its origins. The human condition is not inherently anxious or dysfunctional; it only appears that way sometimes!

I will be analyzing the various topics with differentiation and anxiety management in mind. Look to the right for the various CATEGORIES of essays — and enjoy!
