Colonial Williamsburg
Blanketed in Snow

Visitors rarely get to experience Virginia's Colonial Capitol in winter storm conditions. These images were taken when Williamsburg was unexpectedly besieged by a winter storm that overnight left fifteen inches of freshly fallen snow. I gleefully trudged the three miles on foot into town the next morning (all roads were closed to vehicular traffic) to capture these unusual vistas. The only footprints in the snow were mine...CLICK!
